I. To activate a package, you must have an active plan (free or paid account) with CertumSign.
II. The signature works with files in PDF format.
III. Each signature can be used by a different user.
IV. To obtain a signature, it is necessary to go through a remote verification process, which consists of two stages:
- bank verification
- video verification
V. Obtaining a signature is possible for users from the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland.
VI. The user has 30 minutes to complete the signature process.
VII. Interrupting the remote verification, failing the verification, or exiting the signature process will consume one operation.

III. Sign documents or assign signatures to others when sending files.
