Cloud-Based Certrum Electronic Seal

The cloud-based electronic seal will turn your smartphone into a modern working tool thanks to which you will quickly and conveniently stamp any company e-documents as if you signed them personally. It is the first service of this type offered on the Polish market, which:

  • works without a physical card and reader,
  • works both on mobile devices (Android and iOS) and on classic computers (PC, Mac OS).
  • allows signing e-documents on-line, round the clock, at any time, from any place in the world,
  • guarantees the security of on-line activities (compliance with eIDAS, 2-component authentication).

This solution uses a qualified certificate of an electronic seal, which, unlike an electronic signature, does not contain the data of a natural person, but only the data of an entity with legal personality (i.e. a company, organization, public administration entity). The service is compliant with the European eIDAS regulation, thanks to which documents bearing an electronic seal retain full legal force and validity.

For more information about the service, visit certum.eu.

The service is not intended for M2M applications and mass signing of e-documents.
